Executive, Career and Life Coaching

I work for both organisations and directly with individuals. I support Coachees through periods of organisational and personal change.  Examples include: a new job role, a challenging relationship, working remotely, becoming a parent, redundancy, developing personal impact and authority, connecting with self and living a life filled with purpose and meaning. 

My Coaching approach is grounded in humanistic philosophy and is informed by a person-centred approach.  This means that in coaching sessions I work with the whole person, past, present and future and will create an environment where Coachees feel both secure and motivated to tap into their full potential.  I use a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate development and am particularly interested in mid- life, authenticity and the stories we tell ourselves.  I aspire to be the best Coach I can be and am fully committed to my own personal and professional development.  I routinely work with a coach supervisor.  I am fully insured and adhere to the Association of Coaching code of conduct.  

My ‘superpower’ as a coach:  ‘Challenge with Charm’ …. I won’t let you ‘off the hook’ …..even when things are uncomfortable as often the deepest learning comes in the ‘bumpy’ bits.
